The Wedding Ceremony
You will be interested to know that The Narracott Hotel has been approved to hold civil, non religious wedding ceremonies, which enables those wishing such a ceremony to enjoy the delightful setting of the hotel for both the ceremony and reception.

Master of Ceremonies
One of our duty managers will be responsible for your reception throughout and will make all the necessary announcements to ensure the smooth running of your event.
The Wedding Breakfast
Our Chefs have created a range of menus, although we will happily discuss any specific requirements which you may have in mind.
We do request that a set menu is chosen for the entire party, although an alternative dish may be substituted for any vegetarian guests or those will special dietary requirements.
For any children under 12 years of age we are pleased to offer either half portions of your chosen menu at half the appropriate price, or, alternatively, a children's menu is available if preferred.
Seating Plan
This is a combination of your personal request and our experience. We will advise the most suitable layout for your chosen function suite.
Flowers
We welcome the opportunity to provide for any of your floral requirements, in your particular colour preference, at a very competitive charge.

Entertainment
We would be pleased to arrange a disco or band, on your behalf, to play during the evening reception; alternatively you may prefer to arrange this yourself. However we would need as much advance notice as possible of the band/disco you have chosen.
Cake Stand and Knife
We offer the use of a traditional round or square stand and also a knife for your wedding cake.
Changing Room for the Bride and Groom
A changing room is offered for the use of the bride and groom
Overnight Accommodation
We are pleased to offer a special rate for bed and full English breakfast to any guests attending a wedding reception at the hotel (subject to availability)
