TERMS
Include room with private bath and/or shower and toilet. Full English breakfast, 3 course dinner plus tea/coffee if appropriate. Self use baby listening facility. Tea/coffee making facilities. Colour TV. Radio. Car Park. Evening entertainment some evenings. Guests are entitled to free use of our indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis as and when available. A charge is made for sports equipment hire.
CHILDREN
If parents would like their children to eat from the children’s menu, please note that this can be accommodated at any time during evening meal service. If you bring your own cot/carry cot we do not provide linen. Cots are available if you require one, at a rate of 10% of the adult rate per night. When using the baby listening facility, parents may listen in to their room via the house phone on Reception.
RESERVATIONS
When you have decided on your requirements, please telephone us. You can make a provisional booking with our reservations staff, and then confirm immediately with credit/debit card or by using this booking form and sending a cheque. You must always send the Booking Form to us whereupon the hotel will confirm details of your holiday to you and you should check these details carefully upon receipt. Dates quoted are day of arrival and day of departure. You may register at the hotel at any time on the day of arrival, but rooms will NOT generally be available until 4.00-5.00pm . However, you are welcome to use the hotel’s facilities while you wait for your room. Our Reservations Office is open from 9.00am to 9.00pm . In January and early February, this may vary to 10.00am to 4.00pm on certain days.
DEPOSITS
We require a one-night deposit, which is non- refundable. This must be paid at the time of booking. The remainder of the amount is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. The total amount is due immediately with any reservation made within 21 days of arrival.
ONLINE BOOKING
The advance payment though our online booking system is 100%, as we cannot control the timescale of reservation. However the cancellation policy under our 'Terms and conditions' still applies, thus meaning that under appropriate circumstances a percentage refund would be made.
When booking online all children are charged at 60% of adult rate.
PLEASE NOTE
All beds have duvets and our duvet covers are changed with every new occupancy. Bedroom towels may not be used in the pool area. Towels for this purpose may be hired from Reception or you may use your own towels.
Gratuities are at your own discretion and can be left in the container provided on the Reception desk.
Entertainment/Leisure facilities are subject to change/cancellation without prior notice. Whilst we try our best to meet our guest’s request, we are unable to guarantee them.
Access from the street is level and once inside there is a lift. However, access from the car park means negotiating several stairs to get to lift level. There are a limited number of bedrooms that can be reached without stairs, and entry to the Restaurant, Terrace Bar and Ballroom involves using stairs. Some bedrooms are quite a distance fro the lift so it is important to make us aware of any difficulties with walking or climbing stairs. Those with mobility problems will find it difficult to get around if the lift is not functioning.
The hotel cannot take any responsibility for any inconvenience caused by events outside of its control, such as electrical or mechanical failure.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
In the event that you are forced to cancel your holiday, the charges below will apply. Notice of cancellations must be received in writing and the charge made will relate to the date we receive such communication.

Please note that the numbers of days for taking out insurance is one more than the number of nights stayed.
Any cancellations resulting from bookings made within 42 days of arrival will automatically lose their deposit and are subject to the above terms.
No allowance can be made for meals not taken, temporary absence, late arrival or premature departure.
Any amendments to confirmed bookings may be subject to a charge of £10 per person to cover any administration costs.
We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance.
Please note : The swimming pool is closed until further notice.
If you require insurance, please inform us when making the reservation and we will then send the relevant proposal form with the booking confirmation, however you may wish to arrange cover through your own broker.
Please disregard the insurance rates as printed on the back of our letterhead.
